Unit snaps tightly closed and all buttons are sealed but accessible
from the outside. The base has spot for headphones and comes with an Aux cable
that “screws” into the case conforming to that waterproof functionality. Now I won’t
purposely throw my phone into a body of water but in case of hijinks or
accidents I would trust this product while hanging out with friends at the pool.
Plastics are light so not to add to the weight of the phone but it is mostly
plastic and not silicone. All-In –All I feel it is a quality product
